Checked: 2026-08-09 UTC. AppID 2142790, base game, public default branch, Windows and SteamOS + Linux. The latest inspected first-party entry is v1.0.2 from 2026-08-07. This tracker records published notes; it does not promise future content or a fixed release cadence.

How to read the tracker

Use the newest applicable entry first. If the issue is a new feature, read the 1.0 milestone. If it is a crash, save, quest, performance, or translation issue, compare v1.0.1 and v1.0.2. Then reproduce the action in the current build only if it still matters. A patch note confirms what the developer changed, not that every player’s old save or hardware behaves identically.

The official Steam Community News feed is the source of record. The Store page supplies the stable product identity. A community guide can explain where to find a feature, but it cannot replace the version label, release date, or official known-issue note. Steam BuildIDs, beta branches, reviews, and Steam Deck anecdotes are separate evidence types and are not silently merged into this tracker.

1.0 full release

2026-08-05 - 1.0 Update and Patch Notes

The 1.0 announcement says the Town Repair Questline can be completed, Town Renown reaches 100, and the Mistril Town Rank Event is available. NPC heart levels rise to 10, with proposal events, weddings, marriage, children, engagement dialogue, and post-marriage routines. The Saturday Market Plaza and Repair the Bell Tower quests were added, the Museum can be completed, Museum Wing rooms can be entered, and Steam Achievements were added. Beta localizations for Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, French, Japanese, Korean, Russian, and Spanish were also introduced.

The same note adds new perks, including Cooking’s Espresso Yourself and Ranching and Woodcrafting perks, an Engagement Ring craft route after a 10-heart state, special items from proposal events, wedding planning choices, the Mystical Feather family-planning route, a Big Chicken mount, an extra Friday Night at the Inn storyline after the Mines storyline, new requests, and Honey and Terrarium Treasures Museum sets. These claims are official for the public 1.0 release; exact triggers should still be read from the live game.

Quality-of-life changes include character rotation in customization, optional relationship-status settings for multi-dating, new graphics settings, improved mine treasure and room rates, automatic care during March’s 8-Heart Event, new UI indicators, and additional furniture and cosmetics. The patch also reports performance improvements, a large VRAM-use reduction, startup fixes, and numerous gameplay and crash fixes. Do not use one bullet as a universal performance guarantee; the note describes the released change, while hardware results remain platform-specific.

Follow-up fixes

2026-08-05 - v1.0.1

The first follow-up patch updates Crown Requests letter text to reflect new unlock conditions, restores NPC visibility in Date Photos across seasons, fixes a Mines Crate Chair preview, and addresses localization, save-loading, date, mine, event, and crash issues. If a 1.0 guide tells you that a request or date photo is permanently wrong, check the v1.0.1 note before treating it as a save problem.

2026-08-07 - v1.0.2

The second follow-up patch adds hairstyles, improves performance when AMD or Nvidia overlays share the window, adjusts beach-pier collisions, adds translations in French, Korean, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese, and updates some Simplified Chinese text. It also fixes the Shooting Star Festival softlock, animal toy removal, home exterior timing, Mimic rewards, the Animal Festival, Bell Tower access, tool stacking, the Mystical Feather drop, the Time Flies achievement, mine drops, and many animal, save, menu, quest, mine, and crash cases. The known-issues section says additional performance, graphics, and localization work remains in progress; it does not provide a completion date.

What this tracker does not claim

It does not claim a future roadmap, a console release, multiplayer, a DLC version, a separate demo, a beta branch, or a universal Steam Deck/Proton result. It does not turn the latest patch into a semantic guarantee for every branch. It does not copy a community changelog or infer that an item, quest, or route exists because a search result mentions it. It also does not replace the in-game language setting or promise that every translated string is final; the official 1.0 FAQ described beta localizations and the patch feed records continued improvements.

Update-aware troubleshooting

If a guide disagrees with the game, record the displayed public version, the exact action, and the platform. Search this tracker for a matching note. If an official fix exists, update the route to the fixed behavior. If only community reports exist, label the result as reported and include the date and hardware or branch scope. If nothing matches, do not claim that the game is broken; reproduce once with a fresh route or ask for current evidence through the official feedback channels.

For saves, preserve the original file and avoid destructive experiments. For crashes, update the game and drivers as the official note suggests, then distinguish a reproducible crash from one old report. For localization, check whether the string was part of the beta translation scope. For a locked town or relationship event, compare the current quest and heart state with the 1.0 milestone rather than following a pre-release video.

Source note

All dated entries above are condensed from the developer/publisher’s official Steam News feed checked 2026-08-09. Product and platform boundaries come from the Steam Store page. The tracker intentionally keeps future plans and unsupported platform claims out of the canonical Updates hub.
