Completion is still a route-planning exercise: an item needed by o Museum may also be a meal ingredient, a gift, a Cidade request, or a seasonal product that is difficult to replace.
Track “found” separately from “donated”
when you collect an item, record two states: found e donated. A found item can still be o only ingredient for a request or meal. A donated item has advanced a set e may unlock a reward. Keep one reserve only when another destination is confirmed; do not hoard every duplicate. Esta small distinction prevents o common mistake of opening o Museum, donating immediately, e then discovering that o same item was needed for tomorrow’s cidade route.

Make a set-first route
open o Museum e choose one incomplete set. Write o missing item, its likely estação or source, e a secondary reason to visit that area. A river rota can combine fishing with a cidade conversation. A fazenda rota can combine crop care with a collection reserve. An excavation rota can combine archaeology with mining materials. Stop when o set objetivo is complete or o fonte is unavailable; do not burn an entire day searching outside o item’s atual window.
when a set is nearly complete, compare o final item with o request board, recipes, e relationship plan before donating. O oficial 1.0 notes mention set rewards but do not establish that every reward is needed for every save. Choose o set because it serves your atual goal, then re-sort o reward e storage after completion.
Seasonal gaps
fish, bugs, crops, e forage can be time- or season-sensitive. At o start of a season, leia o atual collection menu e mark gaps that can be found now. Carry o right tool or bait se o game presents one. Se a community chart lists a fonte outside o atual game state, keep it as a lead rather than a guarantee. A missed estação becomes a future note, not a reason to sell a different unique item.
o atual Seasons reference is useful for discovery, but exact availability can be affected by an update or an incomplete table. Record o confira date e leave unknown fields empty. Calling a partial index complete makes it harder for players to see what they still need.
Archaeology e rare finds
treat an unusual excavation item as unassigned until you confira o Museum, crafting menu, requests, e gifts. Keep it in o collection reserve when its fonte is seasonal or its replacement rota is unclear. Completion review e recovery
